Perched at an altitude of 4,000 ft (1,200 m) at the foot of Belles Ombres (‘beautiful shadows’) on the Chartreuse mountains and located in the commune of Sainte-Marie-du-Mont,  Le Balcon de Belledonne is the only structure realized by Hausermann-Costy in the department of Isère. The site offers breathtaking views of the Belledonne mountain range in the French Alps.

Bookings are open for 28 April to 10 November, 2025. By staying with us you will have an experience like no other while supporting the preservation and further restoration of the site.

RATES (vacation stays)
Weekdays • Monday–Thursday • 250 euros / night (taxes included)
Weekends • Friday–Sunday • 300 euros / night (taxes included)
+ 100 euro cleaning fee per stay.

CONDITIONS
4 persons maximum
Pet-free home
2 nights minimum
Reservations can be cancelled or postponed up to 30 days prior to arrival.
